The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Please note that we do not cover the cost of postage where products are being returned due to this instance.
- If your product arrives damaged, we will organize a replacement or full refund at our cost.
- If your item shows a sign of fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other options where appropriate.
Please note that our change of mind policy does not apply to any sale items. Change of mind policy applies only to full retail price items.
How to return and item
- Contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return confirmation form.
- Place the completed return confirmation form inside the parcel and send it back to the address provided on the form. It is important to ensure the item is in the original resellable packaging.
- Once the parcel is received, we will assess the returned item and notify you with the outcome of the return.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used when purchased.
Exchange an item
If you require an exchange for the product that meets our return policy, we will send you the new exact product at our cost.
If you require an exchange for a different product, follow the steps below:
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to return the original product purchased. We do not cover the returned postage fee.
Upon receipt of the original product, we will assess it and make a refund of the original purchase excluding the shipping fee, if the product is still in resellable condition.
