Shipping Policy

Our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Currently, we deliver only across Australia.

Processing Orders

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase. If you would like to leave instructions for delivery, we will try to accommodate your request. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss. Delivery is usually between Monday and Friday.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Different payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, etc. are available at the checkout. 

Shipping Fee

Free delivery across Australia for orders over $50 and above. A flat shipping fee of $5 is charged for orders under $49.99. 

Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. We will do our best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, depending on locations, our estimated time of order arrival is within 2-7 business days for the metro areas. The estimated delivery time frame for the regional area is within  7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated in business days excluding public holidays and weekends. 

Tracking Orders

All orders delivered have a tracking number. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service for assistance with tracking at info@ultimart.com.au. The tracking number will be sent to your email address once it’s been posted.

Order changes & Cancellation

If you would like to make changes to your order or the arranged delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@ultimart.com.au as soon as possible and we are happy to assist you in any way possible. There may be additional charges for changes made once the order has been dispatched.
